The PaDom® Swiss apartment network is for those who want to build their own path consciously. We currently provide legal adult job opportunities in two regions of Switzerland, across a total of 9 private apartments for women and transgender people over 18.

0% commission - 100% discretion

One of the key advantages of the PaDom® system is the transparent, fixed daily fee. The daily apartment or room fee ranges between 135-235 CHF, there is no percentage system, so you know in advance what costs to expect.

With motivated, focused work, a clean 800-1000 CHF per day is achievable. Actual earnings naturally depend on the intensity of your work, your availability, your communication and how you build your own client base.

For new girls, we do not charge a room fee on the first working day. This gives you the chance to get to know the system, experience the environment and decide based on your own impressions.

The work is independent, but management will assist you with almost everything.

You handle your own phone, you organise your appointments, and you decide when you work and when you rest.

You alone define your services, your extras and their prices. No extras are mandatory, and no one tells you what to offer. Your earnings are primarily determined by how active and deliberate you are, and how much you build your own client base.

Premium apartments, well-established locations, real traffic

If a refined environment matters to you, PaDom® apartments offer modern, renovated apartments with new furniture, equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels, bed linen and all basic equipment are provided.

Free WIFI and an entrance camera system ensure comfort and safety. In well-established apartments, in addition to spontaneously arriving regular guests, you can also build on clients responding to your own adverts. In many apartments, your own doorbell and photo assist identification.

You can work completely alone, or even with your friend. If several of you arrive, a 3-5 room apartment can also be rented.

Important rule: no male chaperone may stay in the apartment. Small pets are allowed if you accept responsibility for any potential damages.

Who we are looking for

We are NOT only looking for top models, but natural, refined-looking, so-called "girls next door" types. Those who know what they want, are reliable and able to work independently. We cannot accommodate plus size girls.

Important information

Online registration (90-day work permit) is of course free of charge.

Everyone organises and finances their own travel. We do not arrange it and we do not advance it for anyone. You can arrive by coach as well, but this is entirely your own responsibility.

If you wish, we help manage your adverts (even throughout your entire tour), so they are refined and attention-grabbing. In addition, a professional photo series produced with AI technology is also available, which according to experience can significantly increase the number of clients — everyone pays its cost themselves.

The female owner of PaDom® is available by phone during office hours and in person at the office located on the first floor of one of the apartment buildings.
