The PD® Swiss apartment network is for girls who don’t want to drift, but who want to build their own path consciously. If you’re drawn to Switzerland’s orderliness, a stable environment and the opportunity to truly keep control in your own hands, it’s worth reading on.

At present we offer legal adult job opportunities for women and transgender people over 18 in three regions of Switzerland, across a total of 11 private apartments. These are modern, refurbished apartments where you don’t have to make compromises, and can work in a tasteful, safe environment.

We’re not looking for top models, but natural, well-groomed “girl next door” types – those who know what they want, are reliable, and can work independently. We cannot accept plus-size girls.

Daily apartment or room prices range between 125–225 CHF!

One of the biggest advantages of the PD® system is the transparent, fixed daily fee. You don’t have to split your earnings, there’s no percentage system. What you earn is yours; all earnings are yours.

With motivated, focused work, 800–1000 CHF per day is achievable. This is the level you can plan from – to progress, save, or simply enjoy your freedom.

For new girls, on the first working day we do not charge a room fee. This gives you the chance to try the system calmly and decide based on your own experience.

It’s important to be clear: nothing falls into your lap here either. Those who reply to clients, keep an eye on appointments, communicate professionally and are truly present will earn well. Those who wait passively will earn less. That’s how it is everywhere, including in Switzerland.

The work is independent, but management will help you with almost everything!

You handle your own phone, you organise your appointments, and you decide when you work and when you rest. Your services, your extras and their prices are determined exclusively by you. No extras are compulsory, and no one tells you what to offer.

Your earnings don’t depend on what extras you list in your advert, but on how focused you are and how much you build your own client base.

Well-established apartments, tasteful environment, real footfall

We’re talking about well-known, well-established apartments where walk-in regular clients already ensure your daily financial security, on top of which you’ll receive clients responding to your adverts. In almost every apartment, your own doorbell and photo help with identification.

PD® apartments are refurbished, modern apartments with new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Towels, bed linen – all basic amenities are provided. Free Wi-Fi and an entrance camera system ensure comfort and security.

You can work completely on your own, or even with your friend. If more of you come, 3–5 room apartments can also be rented.

Important rule: male companions may not stay in the apartment. Small pets are allowed if you take responsibility for any possible damage.

Our apartments are available in Wimmis, Solothurn, Wil and Steffisburg, so you can choose from different environments depending on what suits you best.

In Solothurn two apartment buildings are operating. One is located in the city centre, where a distinctly high-class clientele is typical. The other is about a 10-minute walk from the centre, with higher walk-in “ring-the-bell” traffic.

Steffisburg offers a particularly elegant, orderly environment with genuinely discerning clients. Wil is currently the best-performing city, with stable and outstanding footfall. Wimmis is a calmer, more balanced setting with less competition and more predictable operations.

The option to move between cities helps you always appear fresh to clients and find the setting where you can perform best.

Online registration (90-day work permit) is of course free of charge.

If you wish, we’ll help manage your adverts (even throughout your entire term) so they’re tasteful and attention-grabbing, and we can advance the cost of the adverts. In addition, a professional photo set created with AI technology is also available, which according to most people’s experience significantly increases the number of clients. Everyone pays the cost themselves, but it can be advanced if necessary.

The female owner of PD® is available by phone during office hours and in person at the office located on the first floor of one of the apartment buildings.
